I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The room was fantastic, big clean and with big windows. The bed was really king size, the bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you need to take shower

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was even more spacious than expected and the be was really comfortable (and huge). The interior of the room was very nice and inviting. The location was a bit far from the city center, but very easy to reach by car or public transport

Allowed early checkin & late checkout at no cost. Reception helpful & efficient. Quite close to the train station & right on the river. Views of the city.

The hotel itself scores high on everything, very clean, good size rooms provided with all essentials (even iron and ironing table), safe , super quiet and very helpful polite staff.

the location is just 15 min with car to zeil street 17 min to the airport , quite place with a view on the river, I would give the staff 10 stars for there profession rooms are spacious and nice

A decent hotel to stay. if you are looking for a quiet place, then it is the Hotel. good service provided by the staff. I am taking this opportunity to thank the front desk supervisor, Mr.Maruf Aref, who has taken all efforts to contact me to hand over the my wallet which I lost in the hotel room. I really appreciate the integrity and concern. keep it up Aref

Breakfast was adequate, rooms were roomy but no minibar. Nice soft beds, very good to sleep in, no backache in the morning! the Parkhouse was available from the hotel, very advantageous when it's raining and it was!
