I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The breakfast was rich and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a highly recommended place for a delightful stay.

I am taking this opportunity to thank the front desk supervisor, Mr.Maruf Aref, who has taken all efforts to contact me to hand over the my wallet which I lost in the hotel room. I really appreciate the integrity and concern. keep it up Aref
